We have uploaded a few addons that we support or require for raiding. they can be found in the downloads section of our website. These are also the current version we as a guild supports.
here are some things I noticed and some things that need to be said. We will be having a guild meeting next saturday before so we can make sure everyone is on board with the same routine and willing to do what it takes to move forward in progression. Because thats what its all about right, yes it is but not at the sacrifice of having fun.
1. Currently we have 3 raid leaders, main lead - shadowmerlin, off leads - shigalor and astaldo. If you want to discuss possible change in strats, send one of those three a tell or say it in raid chat, but keep all strat suggestions off vent please. we do this to reduce confusion. Also, while we do make changes based on suggestions sometimes, don't be offended if we don't listen to yours. We have to make this raid work for 25 people not just you. So please keep them coming but don't get upset if we don't do it. We are human and we do make mistakes so be patient.
2. We have quite a few new people, we all need to learn to work together as a team. As such this is a team, everyone needs to do their part. When the raid leaders say to do something, agree or disagree, you need to do it. Sometimes they may see something you don't. example - we had overkill dps on twins last night but not enough to kill the shield, this tells me not everyone switched to the boss with the shield to burn it down. we don't need people thinking, hey the dps is awesome, they won't miss my dps on the shield, i'll just stay dps'ing my target. Well last night was a good example of how wrong that can be. if you think we have enough, someone else will think it and won't switch and now we are short 2 people on dps. we need everyone doing their part.
3. Right now I hope everyone looks at everyone as a guild mate. Example - When I talk to Fortisi, I don't see a guy from Area 52, I see him as a talented raider / druid tank that is ready to get things done in ICC. I know their is alot of new folks and you don't know us and we don't know you. and it will take time, but everyone needs to try to work together, but saying that, you don't join a new guild and try to take over, you try to blend in. I noticed quite a few of you doing that and I appreciate that.
4. with success comes growing pains. everyone make sure and remember we are here to have fun.
Boderlands by Gearbox came out last October, I just picked it up this week and I must say it's wickedly fun. If anyone else is messing with this game let me know, maybe we could do some co-op online.
I am Valorya, I would like to apply for crusader. My gearscore is 4439. My DPS is around 2000+. It is improving and I have been working at technique. I am playing regularly, willing to take advice and do my share as well. Please consider me for this.
